Cara memohon lesen perniagaan Tawau

DAY 1

So harini kami betul" tekad sudah mau buat lesen perniagaan. Kami terus ke MPT lepas hantar budak sekolah. Tapi time tu, dorg rehat la pulak. Masa rehat dorg jam 1.00PM-2.00PM.

Wuina, kelam kabut kami masuk. Sekali nya sudah tunggu nombor dipanggil, dia cakap pula kami salah bangunan.

Dalam borang tu jugak, dia ada minta komen daripada orang atasan  samaada beliau setuju ataupun nda. Yang ni pula, perlu pergi ke UTC (yang dekat pasar ikan tu). Oh ya, perlu sediakan dokumen ni;

1. Photostat IC

2. Gambar passport

3. Photostat Lesen memandu (jualan begerak)

4. Sijil kesihatan (ni perlu buat kursus dulu dulu di Hospital dekat Kabota tu)

Ok guys , pengalaman sis sampai sini jak untuk hari first.

Sis baru hari first ni, nanti sis sambung update lagi 😘

Tempat Mengaji Area Jalan Kuhara Tawau

1. Al-Furqan (Taman King Fook)

2. Al-Fateh (Taman Ria) **SAR

3. Al-Baghdadi (Jalan Air Panas)

4. Masjid Quba (Taman Semarak) **SAR

5. Al-Hadanah (depan Yuk chin) **taska

Based on pengalaman saya, memang banyak tempat mengaji yang ada di Tawau ni tapi ntah la kenapa mcm susah sangat mau masukkan adik saya time tu. Kena lagi adik saya ni baru jak mau berjinak-jinak untuk belajar mengaji. Sebelum ni dia mengaji jugak, dalam 3 bulan jugak la tapi mcm ndada yang masuk. Lepas kelas ngaji terus dia lupa. Well, budak" kan lain". Hopefully, dia boleh dipermudahkan la supaya lancar mengaji. Aamiin.

So, kami start haritu ke Al-Hadanah. Satu kelas tu dlm 3 jam.

Kira mcm full day la ba tu kan?

Masa first time tengok tu mcm wow la jugak. Then, kami masuk & adik saya pun di test. Memandangkan dia mmg baru mau start mmg nda cun la baca jawi tu semua. Pastu baru la tau yang kalau boleh budak" yg memang pro mengaji jak yg sesuai. Bukan yang newbie mcm adik saya ni.

Nasib la adik saya masih kecil, dia masih nda start malu lagi. Tapi memang tu la di takut. Kalau sudah besar pasti lambat sudah tu & mental breakdown yg dia nda pandai ngaji.

Al-Baghdadi pula memang saya mau kasi masuk adik saya situ. Kalau ingatkan balik memang aim betul" situ, sebab ada adik kawan saya jugak. Tapi bila fikir balik, takut nda mampu mau bayar yuran RM80 sebulan. Well, sebaiknya kita cuba yg lebih murah kan? Plus, yg dekat dengan rumah juga.

Finally, pencarian tempat mengaji adik saya pun berakhir di Al-Furqan di Taman King Fook tu. Serious ramai budak mengaji sini. Dalam hati sudah fikir bagus ni tempat. Kawan mama saya pun banyak recommend kan tempat ni. Masa first time mau daftar tu, adik saya di test dulu. Then, dia pun ditempatkan la kelas nya based on level mengaji tu. So dorg pun nnti keluar serentak la lepas solat jemaah tu. Kalau kamu tanya saya bagus ka nda, saya jawab bagus sangat" & highly recommended.

Ni beg free yang dia dapat time daftar haritu

Iqra & buku rekod pun disediakan

As a friend, what can you do?

"The best emotinal support I received was from friends who really let me talk about how I was feeling "

1. Be someone they can trust

-avoid sharing details of their situations with other friends unless you are given the permission.
-they dont need to added burden of feeling hurt & let down by us
-dont be upset if they're not ready to talk, it might be difficult to them

2. Don't force our help on her but just be there for her

- First, if she declined when you offer them help, then accept that
- If you keep insisting her, it might make them feel worse
- It may be that they has never really needed a help before or they have been brought up to believe that they could manage it
- That doesn't meant that you don't offer to help, but you still need to respect what they said about their needs at that time

3. Gently offer some ideas for resolving the problems

- by gently offer, do not tell them what they "must" do & do not

4. Don't ask how can you help

- It gives more work to someone who needs fewer things to think about
- Just do some little things that can help

5. Be a good listener

- Take their feelings seriously
- It isn't possible for them to just "snap out of it", "cheer up!" or "forget about it"
- Say things like "that must be really hard" or "I'm here when you want to talk", they will know that you take their feelings seriously
- It helps us to understand what they're going through
- Try not to judge them for what they are told

6. Give them time

- Talking can really help but don't push your friend to say things if they are not ready
- It can be difficult saying what's happened
- Some people may feel like they're reliving the experiences so they may not want to talk about it

PS: I really hope that this post will help you guys!

HAMMURABI CODE vs TWELVE TABLES

HAMMURABBI CODE

  1. an ancient preserved law code created in 1790 BC
  2. in ancient Babylon
  3. a great source of information about the society, religion, economy & history of the period
  4. contained 282 laws in Akkadian language
  5. each part describes in detail a crime or an incident
  6. punishments were designed to fit the crimes as people must be responsible for their actions
  7. to represent a king's belief in justice & maintain control of the empire
  8. several laws were written to protect the poor & powerless
  9. reinforced 'an eye for an eye' mentality (therefore, very brutal in terms of punishment) (it means that whoever disobey the laws, like killing someone, the person shall be punished in the same way)
  10. punishments differed based on a person's social class. The higher the class of the victim, the stiffer the penalty (because they are educated)
  11. Hammurabi was a Babylon ruler and this code is based on his name
Examples:
1. If a man has a deceased wife and desired to take a second wife, he shall not put his wife with disease away. He shall keep her in his house and support her as she lives.
2. If someone is lazy to keep his dam in proper condition until the dam break and all the field flooded, he should pay to replace the corn which he caused to be ruined.
3. If he broke another man's bone, his bone shall be broken

THE IMPORTANCE
  • set the first written law in human history
  • first ever written legal document
  • teaches us about Mesopotamian society (class division, political and economic factors)
  • the basis of our modern day legal code
  • a government should provide protection & justice for its citizen
  • society should run by a rule of law that applied to all people
  • by placing the laws on public monuments, everyone could read the laws & know the punishments for breaking them
  • the law was written in the language that everyone could read and understand
  • made the whole idea of enforcing laws

TWELVE TABLE

  1. first written code of law in Rome. It was a basis of all future Roman Laws
  2. Plebians demand laws of Rome to be written down because of the unfair acts of the patricians (patricians controlled the government & plebeians had no voice)
  3. laws were carved on twelve bronze tablets
  4. displayed in the Roman Forum for everyone to see so they could be understood by all the citizens of Rome
  5. the Forum was the Rome's public meeting place. Also known as the "heart of Rome" where people went there to meet, shop and chat
  6. established that all free citizens had the right to be treated equally by the legal system
  7. written 450Bc in Latin language
  8. use the idea of "innocent until proven guilty"
  9. to ensure the rights of the lower classes

THE IMPORTANCE
  • become a model for later civilization
  • all people are equal under the law
  • the burden of proof rests with the accuser, not the accused
